CONTROL-MAP — BRIEF-v2 step 1: original control → replacement

Status 2026-10-10: draft for the owner's approval (BRIEF-v2 §6, step 1). Nothing is drawn until this is approved. Rev. 2 (2026-10-10): 16 review findings applied — no drag on any rail, tank or carriage; drums with flat stops replace the [F] input boxes; gauge, drum, picker-row and chip contracts added to §0; [K] navigation is a 2×2 mode-card grid; "Leer in" has a state rule (B16); Tankinhalt, Befüllung max., Abladeleistung max. and Umlaufzeit are unbounded above; set value and read-out of Ausgangsdruck are kept apart. Scope: Motorspritze panel and Tanklöschfahrzeug panel in full (§1, §2); Wasserbezugsstelle panel, Hydrant popup (Peter's variant) and panel chrome in short (§3–§5); read-out layouts (§6); chrome alternatives (§7); open points (§8). Source frames: screenshots/02, 03, 06, 07, 09 (MS / TLF panels), 08 (W 5), 01 (Peter), 04, 11, 12 (chrome only).

0. How to read the table

Rule zero (owner). Every replacement keeps the original's function, value range, step and precision, and must not be recognisably the same control format as anything in the screenshots or the video. The forbidden formats are listed in BRIEF-v2 §4; each cell below names a control that is outside that list.

Three families. Every row offers one option per family. Each of the three approaches in step 2 picks one column and keeps it for every control, so the panel reads as one instrument, one form, or one set of cards.

Tag Family Mechanism vocabulary Reads like
[I] Instrument arc gauges, twin-needle gauges, rotary switches, detent knobs, odometer thumbwheels, indicator lamps, countdown dials, a tank vessel as read-out the instrument board of a pump
[F] Formular ledger rows with tabular figures, drum / thumbwheel pickers with flat text stops, tap-only rulers (tick keys and a value flag, no carriage, no drag), picker rows that open list sheets, two-button pairs a Swiss form / the Einsatzkarte
[K] Karten section cards, steppers with preset chips, segmented controls, rings, chips (Peter's chip language kept, his slider dropped) cards with big numbers

Common contracts (apply to every replacement; a cell only states deviations):

1. Motorspritze panel — MS 4 (frames 02, 06)

# Element (German label verbatim) Role Original format as observed Function to preserve (range · step · precision · unit) Option 1 · [I] Instrument Option 2 · [F] Formular Option 3 · [K] Karten Ease note (taps to set 10 bar · glove)
A1 Header "MS 4" · "Motorspritze | 559 m ü. M." read-out (identity, altitude) Blue rounded-square glyph tile "MS" at left; bold name; grey subtitle "Motorspritze | 559 m ü. M." over a dotted hairline name · type · altitude whole m, unit "m ü. M." → C6: bubble with the Motorspritze piece, standard symbol stamped small at the bubble's foot, state ring (green = Pumpe in Betrieb) → C6: ledger head row, standard symbol at left, "Motorspritze" and "559 m ü. M." in the value column, no tile → C6: header card, bubble + name, altitude as chip "559 m ü. M." n/a · G: name ≥ 20 pt, altitude ≥ 16 pt
A2 Pumpentyp input (one of ~6) Label left; native <select> at the right with a caret at its right edge; text truncated to "MS Typ 2 (1600 l/min, 8 ba" list of ~6 pump classes; value "MS Typ 2 (1600 l/min, 8 bar)"; changing it changes the pump curve (Max. Leistung) Drum picker: a vertical thumbwheel window showing three rows (previous · current · next), the current row centred at full weight; class name on line 1, "(1600 l/min, 8 bar)" on line 2 smaller. Drag or flick turns it, snaps to a row; tap a visible row selects it. Keys ↑/↓; typing a letter jumps to the first matching class Picker row + list sheet: full-width row "Pumpentyp", current value right-aligned in plain text (no bordered box; may wrap to two lines), disclosure mark "›" (right-pointing, never a downward caret). Tap/Enter opens the list: on phone a bottom sheet; on desktop the row expands in place into the list (the ledger grows by n rows, radio mark on the current, Esc collapses) or the same sheet docked at the panel's edge — never an anchored popover beneath the row. One row per class, nominal flow and pressure as a second line. ↑/↓ move, Enter selects, Esc closes Card rail: horizontally scrolling cards, one per class ("MS Typ 2", "1'600 l/min", "8 bar"), the selected card teal-bordered, others dimmed. Tap selects; ←/→ moves; on phone the rail collapses to "current card ›" that expands the rail 1 tap (visible row / card) or 2 (open, pick) · G: current value ≥ 20 pt, never truncated (two lines allowed)
A3 Pumpe in Betrieb input (boolean) Label left; iOS-style pill toggle at the far right, teal with the knob right when on on / off; off makes the pump passive Rotary two-position switch: a round knob with a pointer on an escutcheon printed "Aus" (10 o'clock, wording: owner) and "In Betrieb" (2 o'clock). Tap anywhere on the knob flips it, drag rotates, Space/Enter flips. The header bubble's ring follows (green running, grey off) Two-button pair in the ledger row: "In Betrieb" · "Aus" (wording: owner) as two adjoining outlined buttons at the right, the active one filled teal with a check glyph. Tap; ←/→ moves between them; Space/Enter Two-segment control under the label, "In Betrieb" and "Aus" (wording: owner), active segment filled; tap; ←/→. The header bubble's ring mirrors it 1 tap · G: each position ≥ 56 pt, word shown, not colour only
A4 Ausgangsdruck (input) input Label left; horizontal range slider, teal track left of a round thumb, dark-grey track right; value "8.0 bar" as plain text at the right 0–16 bar · step 0.1 · one decimal · bar; presets 6 · 8 · 10 · 12 convenient Arc gauge 0–16 bar, 240° sweep opening downward; major ticks every 2 bar labelled, minor every 0.5. The stops 6/8/10/12 are enlarged tappable tick-tabs on the rim. Gauge contract (§0): the pointer is a needle from the hub, never a knob on the rim; drag the needle or hub (angle → value at 0.1), tap the arc to jump; no teal fill follows the value along the rim (ticks, tick-tabs and the orange required wedge are the only rim marks); the big "8.0 bar" inside the arc is the only value text and is tappable for typed entry; "−0.1" / "+0.1" keys on the gauge's shoulders. PgUp/PgDn = next/previous stop. Needle = set value; the centre numeral is the engine read-out (A6) Drum pair "bar · tenths": two adjacent thumbwheels (0–16 and 0–9) in one window, each flicks or drags and snaps per row, the current rows framed. A row of four flat text stops "6 · 8 · 10 · 12" above the drums sets both wheels in one tap. ↑/↓ on the focused wheel, ←/→ switches wheel, PgUp/PgDn stops Stepper with preset chips: big "8.0 bar" centred, large "−" and "+" keys either side (0.1 per tap; long-press 0.5/s after 600 ms, 1.0/s after 2 s), chip row "6 · 8 · 10 · 12" beneath. Tap the value for typed entry 10 bar: [I] 1 tap on tick-tab "10" · [F] 1 tap on stop "10" · [K] 1 tap on chip "10"; fine-tune 0.1 per tap in all three · G: numeral ≥ 28 pt, stops ≥ 56 pt
A5 Eingangsdruck · 7.5 bar read-out Grey tile (light fill, hairline, rounded) in a 2×3 grid; small-caps grey label "EINGANGSDRUCK" top-left; big green "7.5", small grey "bar" bar · 0.1 · may be negative (−0.3 at MS 3) · state colour Grey needle on the "Druck" twin-needle gauge (scale −1…16 bar, §6.1); value repeated in the gauge's mini-ledger "Eingangsdruck 7.5 bar" Ledger row "Eingangsdruck … 7.5 bar": tabular figures right-aligned in the value column, unit in its own narrow column, 3-pt state rule in the left margin (green) Chip "Eingangsdruck 7.5 bar" in the chip row above the pressure ring; a negative value keeps the minus and gets an orange rule n/a · G: ≥ 20 pt in ledger/chip, ≥ 28 pt on the gauge ledger
A6 Ausgangsdruck (read-out) · 8.0 bar read-out Tile as A5, green "8.0" bar bar · 0.1 · the engine read-out, not the set value: max(set, inlet) — a 10-bar hydrant into an 8-bar pump reads 10.0 while the set point is 8.0; null with KEIN_ZULAUF when the pump gets no water (MANIFEST §4.8) Centre numeral of the "Druck" gauge = the engine's Ausgangsdruck read-out; the teal needle = the set value (A4). When the two differ, a hollow teal mark on the rim sits at the actual outlet and the mini-ledger prints both "eingestellt 8.0 · Ausgangsdruck 10.0 bar" (wording: owner); null state: centre prints "–", ring red. In the one-gauge variant (§6.1) input and read-out share this instrument but stay distinct Ledger row "Ausgangsdruck … 8.0 bar" directly under Eingangsdruck so the pair reads as a column 7.5 → 8.0 Centre numeral of the pressure ring = the engine read-out; teal arc = read-out / 16. The stepper (A4 [K]) is the input, so the two may differ: a hollow tick marks the set value when they do; null state: centre "–", ring red n/a · G ✓
A7 Ist-Durchfluss · 400 l/min read-out Tile, green "400" l/min whole l/min · state colour Needle of the "Durchfluss" gauge (0–2'500 l/min for this class), centre numeral "400" Ledger row "Ist-Durchfluss … 400 l/min" Centre numeral of the flow ring; filled arc = Ist / Max. Leistung n/a · G ✓

Leistung … 1'600 l/min" Chip "Max. Leistung 1'600 l/min" under the flow ring; the ring's track length is this value n/a · G ✓
A9 Erforderliche Einstellung · – read-out Tile, "–" rendered as a tofu dash (encoding bug); on TLF: orange "8.8 bar" when required > set, green "12.0 bar" when ≤ set bar · 0.1 · "–" when this pump governs no nozzle · orange when > set · clamps to set when ≤ Required marker: a small orange triangle on the rim of the "Druck" gauge at the required value; when it lies beyond the teal needle an orange wedge fills the gap; "–" state = no marker, mini-ledger prints "–" Ledger row "Erforderliche Einstellung … –" with a delta column (empty here; "+0.8 bar" in orange on the TLF) Tick on the pressure ring at the required value; the arc between set and required turns orange; chip "Erforderliche Einstellung –" n/a · G: wedge/tick ≥ 4 pt, value or "–" always printed
A10 Leistungsreserve · 1'200 l/min read-out Tile, black "1200" l/min whole l/min = Max. Leistung − Ist-Durchfluss Reserve sector: the lightly shaded sector between the needle and the max mark on the "Durchfluss" gauge; numeral in the mini-ledger Ledger sum row "Leistungsreserve … 1'200 l/min", last of the flow rows, with a top rule like a sum line Chip "Leistungsreserve 1'200 l/min"; equals the ring's unfilled arc n/a · G ✓

  2. [F] Register: four collapsible sections in one scroll; "Warnungen (2)" in the heading with an orange rule, sorted to the top when > 0.
  3. [K] Mode cards: a 2×2 grid of icon + label cards at the panel head; the Warnungen card prints the count as a numeral and takes the orange / red outline; no underline, no row of labels; a warning card inserted first in Details.
